The 21,000 sq. ft. Johnson Education Center (JEC) is a full-service, non-residential conference facility located on the campus at the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution, in Fort Pierce, Florida, USA. The conference facility was designed and built specifically to accommodate scientific, technical and professional groups desiring maximum meeting space flexibility; state-of-the-art equipment and services; and a physical setting that stimulates creative thinking, facilitates learning and enhances productivity. Meeting rooms include an auditorium, a gallery, five seminar rooms, three laboratory-style classrooms, a small conference room and an executive board room.

Scientific, technical and professional organizations are encouraged to contact the conference center coordinator to arrange a site visit or to make a group booking. The center is staffed by a conference coordinator, an audio-visual specialist and other support staff. In addition to your event planning needs, the staff can arrange for special services such as overnight accommodations, computers for group use, standard business services, etc.

The JEC also serves as the physical facility for the marine education programs of Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution.

The JEC meets ADA requirements for accessibility and is available for rental by the public. Plentiful free parking is located adjacent to the building.
