The Auditorium
The Auditorium features 350 stationary seats each with retractable writing tablets, a rear screen projection system, a touch control podium and advanced audio-visual capabilities including satellite links for teleconference broadcasts. The auditorium is ideal for lectures, technical presentations, and multimedia events. The large, thrust stage also provides ample room for panel discussions, award presentations, or product launches. The Gallery
The Gallery features eighteen foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The gallery was designed for exhibits, special events, receptions and catered functions. The gallery opens onto an outdoor patio overlooking the Harbor Branch Shipping Channel where the Institution's ocean-going research vessels dock when they are in port. The gallery is the JEC's most flexible space; setups are customized to each event.

The East and West Seminar Rooms & Johnson Education Annex
The East and West Seminar Rooms can accommodate 25 to 45 people each, or 50 to 100 people when combined into one large seminar room by removal of the solid wall partition. The Johnson Education Annex has three seminar rooms that can be combined to accomodate up to 200 people. These rooms are appropriate for seminars, lectures, discussion groups or special events. Laboratory-style Classrooms
The side-by-side biology and chemistry labs are separated by a soundproof wall partition that can be opened to create one large lab. An adjacent wet lab is specifically designed for field oriented programs. Laboratories are equipped with dissecting and compound microscopes, standard laboratory equipment such as balances and pH meters, hoods for the safe use of formalin and other chemicals, and aquaria with a recirculating seawater system. Access to field sites can be arranged by 15 passenger van, an inshore pontoon boat and a small trawler. Scientific and technical groups may use the labs for hands-on laboratory workshops. The labs are also available for college faculty and educational course use. Each laboratory will accommodate 10-15 people.

Conference Room
The more utilitarian first-floor conference room holds 10 people and is convenient to the labs, auditorium and gallery spaces.

Executive Board Room Suite
The second-floor executive board room suite features a reception/secretarial area, a plush conference room, a private outdoor patio, a kitchenette, and its own restroom. The executive board room will accommodate 15-20 people. Executives prefer the board room suite for retreats and strategic planning meetings.
