Harbor Branch to Host Cooking Demonstration & Dinner Fund Raiser Series to Benefit Aquaculture Research and Education FT. PIERCE, FL Back by popular demand, the Aquaculture and Education Divisions at Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution will host three Aquaculture Cooking Demonstration and Dinner Fund-raisers in 1999, beginning with an Italian-themed dinner on February 12, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. This unique fundraising event, held on the Harbor Branch campus at the Johnson Education Center, will feature Ian Greenwood (former owner of the Black Pearl Restaurant of Vero Beach) and his partners from Pro-Chef Cooking School as they demonstrate the preparation of appetizer, salad and main course recipes, each of which includes seafood grown by Harbor Branchs Aquaculture Division. The evening will also include a behind-the-scenes tour of the Aquaculture Development Park. During the four-course dinner that follows in the Conference Center Gallery, wine connoisseur and host of TV-10s "Seller to Cellar" Bob Roth will discuss the wines he personally selected for each course.
